My research interests lie at the intersection of medication adherence, habit science, and lifestyle medicine, with a focus on helping individuals build sustainable health behaviors. I explore how consistent routines—rooted in movement, nutrition, sleep, stress regulation, and purpose—can enhance therapeutic effectiveness and reduce long-term disease burden. My goal is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward proactive, behavior-driven wellness.
