Aaron Smith

Born in 1985. He/him/his. Born and raised in Michigan. Been living in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area since 2011, and teaching at WCC since Fall 2017.

Undergrad: Western MI University, 2004-2008. Dual BA's in English and Comparative Religion.

Graduate: Eastern MI University, 2011-2012 // 2014-2017. MA in Creative Writing // Hybrid Media.

Graduate: Wayne State University, 2019-2021. MLIS -- Master's in Library and Information Science.

No current certifications.

No formal/professional publications. Have independently released several chapbooks of poetry, presented research and literary essays at several research conferences, and have released music independently.
