WCC replaces most faculty and staff computers on a five-year cycle. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other challenges, we have had to delay several replacements.
If you have questions about the replacement status of your computer, please request a status update from the Help Desk.
If your computer is not due to be replaced and is not performing as expected, please contact the Help Desk, as your computer may need service or updates.
It is important to contact the Help Desk regarding any computer issues so they may be resolved as soon as possible.
